A Family-First Home for in Sleepy Hollow
This mid-century Westchester home was reimagined to reflect both function and warmth. From a sunroom-turned-theater to a fully reconfigured primary suite, every update supports the family’s lifestyle. We introduced durable materials, layered textures, and clean-lined furnishings to create a relaxed yet intentional feel. Each space—from the kids’ colorful bedrooms to the serene kitchen—was designed to be lived in and loved for years to come.

Bespoke Home Renovation for a Modern Nesting Crib
This West Village apartment was transformed from dark and dated into a bright, modern space tailored for their growing family. What began as a full gut renovation—with custom white oak millwork and a clean, mid-century–inspired palette—evolved midway through when the couple learned they were expecting their first child. A planned home office became a cozy nursery, enclosed with ripplefold drapery. Thoughtful details like a Calacatta Viola sink add character without overwhelming the calm, functional design—making this home a true reflection of Natalie and Alex’s evolving story.

Layered, Branded Model Units for Gowanus Wharf’s Visionary Team
Amy Courtney Design made its debut in luxury real estate amenities with Gowanus Wharf, styling the lobby, skylounge, coworking areas, rooftop, and model units of this flagship development. A modern eclectic approach, paired with intentional use of branding colors, created visual continuity throughout the space. This project marked a new chapter for the studio—bringing signature residential warmth and layered design into elevated, shared environments.

Old World Charm, New World Nerve: The Rockledge Reinvention
This Rockledge home tells a story of contrast and harmony — a place where old-world elegance meets playful irreverence. There’s an unmistakable sense of character in every room: rich textures that ground you, expressive patterns that spark curiosity, and sculptural elements that invite pause. It’s a space that feels both lived-in and elevated, like the kind of home that holds secrets and laughter in equal measure.
The design doesn’t just nod to history — it reinvents it, bringing in moments of boldness that feel deeply personal rather than performative. And yet, it remains perfectly suited to Florida living — airy enough for the heat, with natural light, breezy layouts, and unexpected touches that mirror the easy eccentricity of Rockledge itself.
