ANSWERS TO YOUR Q's

06

When’s the best time to reach out to a designer?

As early as possible.

The earlier we join—ideally while you're finalizing plans—the smoother the process. Early involvement lets us align layouts, finishes, and furnishings from the start, avoiding costly changes later and setting the stage for a seamless design journey.

02

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We specialize in full-service interior design for primary residences, second homes, model units, and builder-led projects.

This includes full-home furnishing, finish and millwork selections, FF&E staging, and amenity space design. Most projects begin with a furnishings budget at $150,000+. We work with homeowners, developers, and investment teams who want their spaces to feel both refined and functional—with every detail handled along the way.

03

Do you offer virtual design services?

Yes!

We're happy to offer virtual design as long as you're comfortable handling measurements, managing day-to-day tasks, and coordinating with local contractors. We're here to guide you every step of the way.

04

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on project scope, contractor schedules, and the availability of furnishings or materials.

In general, furnishing-only projects may take 4–6 months, while renovations and new builds typically range from 6 to 12 months.

During our consultation, we’ll walk you through a realistic project timeline based on your goals, book your consultation here.

05

What’s the first step if I’m interested in working with you?

Begin by filling out the contact form with a few details about your space and goals.

I’ll personally review your submission and reach out to schedule a discovery call.

During that call, we’ll explore fit, scope, timeline, and next steps. It’s a chance for both of us to align and start the process with clarity and confidence.

Why do some interior designers offer more affordable rates than you?

Design pricing isn’t always apples to apples. Lower rates often skip custom sourcing, purchasing, and coordination—leading to surprise costs later.

With 18 years in the industry (and a childhood in my parents’ studios), I’ve learned the behind-the-scenes work is everything.

That’s why our proposals outline exactly what’s included, with clear pricing and no guesswork.

This guide will show you what full-service design really covers.

Interior design pricing isn’t always apples to apples. Lower-cost options often skip key services like custom sourcing, purchasing oversight, and project coordination—leading to surprise costs or compromised quality.

With 18 years of experience—and a childhood spent in my parents’ design and carpentry studios—I’ve learned that the behind-the-scenes work matters just as much as the final reveal.

That’s why every proposal we send includes a clear scope, transparent pricing, and aligned expectations from the start.

Not sure what full-service design should include? This quick guide will walk you through it.
